Belpointe Capital manages investments in commercial real estate, residential real estate and real estate developments in Connecticut and New York metropolitan areas. Belpointe invests its own capital and manages projects for institutional investors. Core competencies include Urban Infill and Multifamily properties including development, construction and repositioning of real estate assets.
The real estate development division of Belpointe develops its own portfolio properties. This division develops both residential and commercial properties, with a focus on multifamily properties of 100 units of more, including new construction, renovation and the preservation of existing sites.
