The Site provides general information about the Belpointe family of companies, which includes separately owned and operated entities engaged in real estate, development, construction management, property management, family office services, insurance, legal services, wealth management, and related businesses. References on the Site to “Belpointe” are for convenience only and do not imply that any single entity provides all services described. Each Belpointe entity is a distinct legal entity, and services are provided only by the specific entity engaged for that purpose, pursuant to that entity's own agreements, disclosures, and regulatory requirements.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Severability; Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Belpointe regarding your use of the Site.
